The customer is responsible for providing the imagery they would like used for the their banner, The personalised party shop will provide the banner with the respective club colour (e.g. red, blue) and personalised message provided. If no imagery is provided this will not be on your finished item.

The Personalised Party Shop do not hold the license for any imagery nor will this be included as part of your product. The rights to these example images are held by their respective licensee’s.

RETURNS POLICY

WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER?

Firstly we would like to apologise. As a small family run company we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and like to think we know what our customers are expecting from us. With this in mind we would like to solve the problem.

Refunds can only be accepted if the product is defective or considered to be not in a useable condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items where the customer has changed their mind.

If you are not satisfied with your product then you must notify us via email on info@thepersonalisedpartyshop.co.uk within 14-days of receiving your item. If there is an easy fix to the problem, then we would be happy to re-print your plates and send them back to you free of charge once you have returned your original order to us.

WHAT IF I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND?

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. If we are notified within 24 hours of placing your order by email to info@thepersonalisedpartyshop.co.uk we will cancel your order before it has been made.

If your order has already been made, unfortunately due to the products being personalised to you and not eligible for re-sale. We cannot accept refunds in this circumstance. At this point we will give you the option to still have the item sent out to you or not.

WHAT IF I AM STILL NOT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER AND I WANT A REFUND?

If we cannot fix the problem and you would like a refund we will happily help you with this. All you have to do is return the full quantity of plates to us – unused and in their original packaging. (plate plastic wrapping removed is fine). This applies to all orders and you have 14-days to return them from the date of delivery, so plenty of time to decide.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed and funds will clear into your account within 5 working days via the method used to pay.

WILL MY POSTAGE BE REFUNDED?

No postage will be refunded unless there was a delay in dispatch from The Personalised Party Shop. Any delays in delivery once your item has been handed over to the courier is not eligible for a refund as this is something out of our control. We understand in this circumstance it will be frustrating as the customer that your item has not arrived on time, however, we will work with you to resolve this issue alongside the delivery provider.

BESPOKE ORDER REFUNDS?

Bespoke or custom orders due to their nature are not eligible for refund at any stage of the order process. This includes the design process, production and delivery.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All delivery to the UK mainland is done as standard by 48 Royal Mail delivery. This means that your order should arrive to your doorstep between 2-5 working days after ordering. All items placed under a single order will be shipped (where possible) as one parcel and there is no different arrangement for multiple purchases. If you are interested in bulk buying, please email info@thepersonalisedpartyshop.co.uk for discussion.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

If you login to your account at thepersonalisedpartyshop.co.uk, you’ll be able to view whether your order has been placed, accepted or if it’s out for delivery. Once your order is placed it needs to be accepted by us before we process your order. Once accepted, we will start work straight away on creating your design(s). This included printing, pressing, packaging and boxing your plates. From here we will hand it over to Royal Mail who will deliver it to your specified address. Unfortunately, in order to keep our prices as low as possible for you, we do not offer tracking once your orders have left our factory.

Alternatively, you can track your order using the Order Tracking feature on our website.

WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY ORDER?

Standard shipping orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. During holiday and sale periods, this timescale could be longer so please choose express/next day delivery if you need your items in a hurry.

Please allow 5-8 working days (weekends & bank holidays excluded) for delivery of your order. All personalised items typically take 2 working days to make, and for custom orders we specifiy a minimum of 10 days notice to allow enough time to create the design, produce and ship by your event date.

*please note that this is an estimation, and unfortunately we cannot predict the exact delivery date of your order.

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Absolutely!! Once your order has been shipped you will recieve an email with your shipping details and tracking number (not applicable for standard shipping). You can either track your parcel directly through the delivery provider or using our Order Tracking platform.
